Which seminar suits me best?
This depends on your goal and needs. If you wish to learn how to give full body massages to a clientele who want a relaxing massage or to work in spa, beauty and wellness centres, the basic massage course can be a starting point. However, if you want to work more professionally with demanding clients for more therapeutic and sports massage the Advanced Bodywork course is the right choice.
What are the main differences in the content of the two seminars?
In the Basic Wellness Massage seminar, a general theoretical training on the benefits of massage and points of caution - contraindications. The classes are mainly practical where we learn our system of techniques, and application to the whole body, face and feet.
In the Advanced course, more advanced theoretical training is given:
On the physiology of the body and how massage affects them (vascular, nervous and musculoskeletal systems).
Basic injuries and the effect of massage.
Anatomical learning of key muscles targeted in massage (deep tissue).
Pain trigger points.
Techniques of stretching and myofascial release.
Suction cup application.
How many days does the seminar last and at what cost?
The basic practical Wellness Massage seminar can be completed in two courses with a total participation cost of €450.
The Advanced Bodywork practitioner can be completed in four courses for a total cost of €790.

Can someone with no previous training participate?
Yes, our training program was created for comprehensive training from the basic theory to the practical part. Upon completion of the training the participant will possess the skills to provide quality massage services to their clients.
Which days are the courses and where?
The days of classes change per class for better service. We offer weekday morning and afternoon classes as well as weekend classes. On the interest form you can select the one that is right for you and we will notify you of the possibility of creating a class. Courses are held mainly in Nicosia and occasionally in Limassol.
Will I receive a Certification?
Yes, upon completion of the course you will receive a certificate of attendance from our Academy and the possibility of obtaining a Diploma from a World Massage Organisation.
Will I be able to work legally and open my own centre?
Yes. The programme is certified according to the standards of international organisation and participants receive an Internationally Recognised Diploma.
